How long does the average job usually take?
As you know each job is different in terms of size & services being requested, But the usual Soft Wash Roof Cleaning, & minor pressure washing tasks usually take one of our crews 1.5-3 hours to complete.

The average Lifespan of our sealer is 18-48 months given the integrity of the surface its being applied to.
Do you guys offer a warranty for your Soft Wash Roof Cleaning?
Yes, the average spanish clay tile is backed by a 18-24 month warranty, meaning if your roof looks like it did prior to one of our teams cleaning it, we will come and service your roof again at no charge to the customer.
