Stand up paddle boards or SUP, is done on the surface of the water. The surfer uses the paddle to move through the water to either catch a wave or just cruise along. Stand up paddling is great for those flat summer days.

SKIM BOARD AND BOOGIE BOARD RENTAL
Skim boards are used to glide across the thin water of a receding wave. With much practice, tricks can be done when coming into contact with an incoming wave.
Boogie boards, or body boards, are primarily used in a lying down position. The surfer then holds on to the board and kicks into the wave. It is perhaps the easiest of all the boards to ride.
